专项的学校版本标准制定中

每条标准最高得分10分，根据其所包含内容可评定为0-3，每条单独标准都会座位上一级或下一级标准适用。根据评估公式计算出质量认证要求的建筑达标度。达标度为90%的为1分，达标度为80%的为1.5分，达标度为65%的为2.0分。

• 不可再生一次能源的需求 nonrenewable primary energy demand
• 一次能源总量以及可再生能源利用 total primary energy demand and share of renewable primary energy
• 饮用水需求以及污水排放 drinking water demand and volume of waste water

• 第三方使用能力 suitability for conversions
• 社会文化和建筑功能质量 sociocultural and technical quality 15项

• 噪声预防noise, electromagnetic fields, etc.
• 能源以及防潮技术质量quality of building envelope's heat and humidity control
• 清洁及维护友好度ease of cleaning and maintainance
• 回建度、循环及拆卸友好度ease of dismanteling and recycling

过程质量 process quality 9项

• 工程准备质量quality of project preparation
• 综合规划integral planning
• 方法的优化和复杂性optimisation and complexity of planing method
• 在可持续发展方面的招标evidence of sustainability aspects in call and for awarding of tenders
• 优化利用与管理creation of conditions of optimal use and management
• 施工现场、施工工艺construction site/construction process
• 出口企业的质量，资格预审quality of companies involved/prequalification
• 建筑施工的质量保证quality assurance for construction process

场地质量 site quality 6项

• 微环境的风险 risks in the micro-environment
• 微场地环境状况 relationships in the micro-envrionment
• 场地外观及状况 image and state of site and neighboorhood
• 交通网络 access to transportation
• 近配套设施 proximity to use-specific facilities
• 临近的媒介和开发 connection to public services (utilities)
