Tianjin Society for Urban Studies and Green Building Professional Council's first meeting was held on April 17, 2010 in Tianjin Insitute of Urban Construction.

After the establishment of Tianjin Green Building Professional Council,it will serve as the local branch of China's Green Building Council,working under the leadership of the Tianjin Urban and Rural Construction and Transportation Committee.
